INSIDE THE LOBBY
From live dealer tables and Mahjong Slots to fishing games and a sportsbook, the full catalogue is right here — open on any screen, in RM.
Live baccarat, Immersive Roulette and Super Andar Bahar are open right now — dealt in real time, playable on your phone browser without a single download. Deposit in RM via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX and join the table in seconds.
Every game at club99 links to its own rules and conditions page — bet limits, side bet pay tables and variant-specific rules are documented there, not buried in a general FAQ.
| Game rules pages | Each title in the lobby has its own dedicated page covering rules, betting options and any variant conditions — check it before playing a new format for the first time. |
|---|---|
| Terms and privacy | Our full terms of service and privacy policy are linked in the site footer. They cover account eligibility, acceptable use, data handling and how disputes are managed. |
| Content currency | When game rules, payment options or promotion conditions change, the relevant page is updated directly. If you spot something that looks out of date, contact us through the support channels listed above. |
| Contact routes | Formal contact details — including email and live chat — are listed on our Contact page. Use these for account, compliance or withdrawal escalations that need a documented response. |
Every page on club99 is served over SSL so data transmitted between your browser and our servers — including login credentials and payment details — is encrypted in transit.
Each login triggers a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number. Without that OTP, access is blocked even if someone has your password — your number acts as a second key.
Every deposit and withdrawal generates a reference you can view in your account history. If a transaction shows an unexpected status, that reference is what our support team checks to resolve it.
Personal and payment details you supply during registration and deposits are stored in line with our privacy policy — not shared with third parties outside of what is required to process your transactions.
Any Device
The club99 lobby loads in your mobile browser without an app install, so you can switch between your phone, tablet and desktop without losing your place.
GETTING STARTED
Before you open any table or spin any reel, three things need to be in order: a verified account, a funded wallet and a game choice.
Hit the registration link, fill in your mobile number and personal details, then confirm the OTP sent to your phone. The whole process takes under two minutes and gives you full lobby access.
Log in, go to Deposit in your account area, choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX, and follow the on-screen reference. Your RM balance updates once the transfer clears on the payment rail.
Use the lobby category tabs to find Live Casino, Slots, Fishing or Sportsbook. Each game card links to its own page where bet limits, side bets and specific rules are listed before you commit.
Live chat is accessible from the lobby at any time. If your deposit shows pending or you cannot locate a game, the support team can check your transaction reference directly.
HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
Three contact routes are open — live chat for immediate help, email for document-based queries, and mobile-friendly support for account issues you need to sort on the go. Choose the path that fits the urgency of your query.
The live chat button sits in the lobby footer and account area. Use it for deposit queries, login issues or anything that needs a fast response — a team member picks up the conversation directly.
For account verification, withdrawal documentation or privacy queries, email gives you a written trail. Send your query with your registered mobile number as the reference and our team will follow up.
The support pages are fully accessible from your phone browser — no desktop needed to find the FAQ, submit a query or check a withdrawal status while you are away from a computer.
Product perspective
Choosing the right format starts with knowing how each one plays. These four live casino formats cover different paces and rule conditions — read what to check before you sit down.
The camera format adds slow-motion replays and multiple viewing angles but does not change any roulette rules. Check whether Neighbours and Racetrack bets are active on the specific table instance before joining — they vary.
FULL CATALOGUE
Our catalogue spans live casino tables, slots — including Mahjong Slots and Asian-themed titles — fishing games, arcade picks, table games and a sportsbook covering football and more.
GAME SPOTLIGHTS
Four live casino formats stand out for Malaysian players right now — each with its own rule set, pace and betting conditions. Read the format page before you sit down so you know exactly what to check at that table.
Live CasinoMulti-camera HD angles and a slow-motion ball replay make each spin visible from every position. Core roulette rules stay the same — check bet limits and side-bet availability on the specific table before joining.
Live CasinoRNG-driven baccarat at your own pace, with the same fixed drawing rules as a live table. Some versions carry a Go Live button if you want to switch to a dealer stream mid-session.
Live CasinoA joker card is drawn, then cards alternate to Andar and Bahar until a rank match lands. Rounds resolve fast — well-suited to mobile play — and side bet conditions vary by version.
STUDIO LINEUP
The live tables and slot rooms are built on content from studios Malaysia players already recognise. Pragmatic Play supplies Immersive Roulette and live baccarat; PG Soft and Spadegaming cover the Asian-themed slot catalogue; Evolution and Habanero round out the table…
LOCAL PAYMENT RAILS
Deposits at club99 go through payment rails Malaysian players use every day. Touch 'n Go eWallet lets you fund your account straight from the app — open TNG, enter the account reference shown, confirm with your PIN and the balance appears in your wallet.
DuitNow routes funds directly from your bank account using your registered mobile number or IC number as the identifier. FPX connects to your online banking portal for a direct bank-to-account transfer. Each method works in RM so there is no currency conversion step.

LOBBY NAVIGATION
The lobby menu across the top of the page groups everything into Live Casino, Slots, Fishing, Table Games and Sportsbook. Tap any category to filter the catalogue to that section.
| Live Casino lane | Tap Live Casino in the menu to filter to dealer tables only — baccarat, roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger and game-show formats all appear in this view. |
|---|---|
| Slots and fishing | The Slots lane covers Mahjong Slots, Asian-themed titles and crash games. Fishing Games sit in their own category — Mega Fishing is one of the titles available there. |
| Sportsbook access | The Sportsbook tab opens football markets including Football Both Teams to Score, alongside other sports. Switch back to casino from the same top menu without losing your page position. |
| Account area | Your profile icon opens the account hub — balance, transaction history, active offers and withdrawal requests are all managed from this single screen. |
Getting Started
Fill in your details on the registration page — the form takes under two minutes to complete.
Choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX and send your first deposit in RM.
Head to the lobby and pick your lane — live casino, slots, fishing or sportsbook.
Open the table or game directly in your mobile browser — no download needed.
Submit a withdrawal request from your account area and confirm via your registered payment method.
The defining difference is the camera work — multiple HD angles and a slow-motion replay show exactly where the ball lands. The roulette rules themselves do not change; check bet limits and Racetrack bet availability on the specific table before joining.
First Person Baccarat is RNG-driven, meaning there is no live dealer stream and no fixed betting timer. The card-drawing rules are identical to live baccarat. Some versions include a Go Live button to switch to a dealer table from the same screen.
Two things vary meaningfully between versions: whether the dealer hits or stands on soft 17, and the maximum number of splits allowed. Side bets like Perfect Pairs are also version-specific — read the game's rule card before doubling or splitting.
Super Andar Bahar adds side bets — typically covering the joker card's suit, its value range or how early in the deal the matching rank appears. These side bets have version-specific pay tables, so confirm them on the game page before placing.
The login and registration links are in the header on every page at club99. Registration takes you through a short form and an OTP step to your registered mobile number. Returning members use the Member Login button to reach their account.
The full terms of service and privacy policy are linked in the site footer on every page. For live help with your account, use the live chat button in the lobby or on the Contact page — both routes reach our support team directly.
